Catering

  1. Do I have to use Huntington Hills catering, or can I bring my own food?

    All events booked at Huntington Hills are catered by our own on site kitchen. No other food or beverage is to be brought onto the premises except for specialty cakes.

Decorating

  1. When can I get into the banquet hall to decorate for my function?

    Generally, clients are permitted entry for decorating after 8am the day of the event. There is not a charge for your decorating time.

  2. Does Huntington Hills provide chair covers?

    Your room rental includes a basic white linen package consisting of seat length table cloths, white linen lapkins, and skirting. All specialty linen and chair covers can be ordered from other local vendors such as Flowers by Marilyn.

  2. Do I have to be a member at Huntington Hills?

    No, all of our facilities are open to the public as well as our members.

  3. Is a deposit required?

    Yes, a non refundable deposit equal to your room rental is required to book a date specific function.
